I very strongly dislike stupid people
I very strongly dislike people with shady agendas
I very strongly dislike anyone feeling as if they are being railroaded
I very strongly dislike feeling like I have a target on my back

Tested

I was just presented with a situation that could've easily been a "bitch-fest". I am happy to say that I conveyed my concerns without bitching, without making specific attacks. I told this person about my 21 day crusade to conquer complaining. Based on other bits of information he had received, he was expecting something completely different from me. I know that I have been part of the problem, I admitted that. But I am done picking at the wound and ready for it to heal. I cannot control anyone else... taking care of me is enough work.

And right now, I am proud of me.

It's soooo much harder than I thought. Deep breathe and start again.

I've allowed myself to fall into a HORRIBLE habit of bitching, whining & complaining... not gonna be easy to break it. I'm up for the challenge though. Spring & Summer are my favorite time of year. I intend to use that to my advantage. Now, what to do about a bracelet or visual totem...
